•Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. •Telephone reservations are accepted and held for 3 days pending the receipt of the appropriate deposit or payment in full. •A deposit of 25% is payable on the booking and the balance 30 days before. •Clients are asked to depart by 10 am and not to arrive before 4 pm. •The charges are inclusive of all rates and taxes but exclude the cost of gas and electricity which is charged on the basis of a meter reading. •No pets unless specifically agreed. •The letting is for the purpose of a holiday and the cottage may only be occupied by those who make the booking and their immediate family. •Clients should consider their own arrangements for cancellation insurance. No refund can be made for any cancellation notified less than 30 days before the commencement date.
